Margaret I. Robillard, age 97. Born November 6, 1916 in Minneapolis, and passed away peacefully on November 7, 2013. Preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, Lawrence J. Robillard; and brothers, Harvey Peterson, George Olson, Harold Olson; and sister, Joyce Lortis. Survived by siblings Elsie Nelson, Charlotte Wallar, Arnold (Elma) Olson; sister-in-law, Helen Caflisch; children David (Donna) Robillard, Nancy (Thomas Teeter) Robillard, and Janice Robillard; grandchildren Robin, Jessica, Andrew, Laura, Paul, and Elizabeth; great-grandchildren Mina, Milo, and Thaddeus; and 33 nieces and nephews; many relatives and friends. Margaret graduated from Roosevelt High School in 1934. She and Lawrence married in 1941 and raised their family in Golden Valley. She was an accomplished seamstress and visual artist, a lover of beauty, and a wonderful beloved mother, sister, wife and friend. She was loved by many and will be deeply missed.
