Carole A. Mitchell (nee, Loch), age 70 of Rosemount, formerly of Richfield. Survived by husband, Thomas; children, Thomas (Paula), Robert (Kari), and Laura; grandchildren, Kourtney, Holden, and Landon; brothers, John (Ann) Loch, Ted (Jill) Loch, many friends and relatives. The family would like to thank the Augustana Home in Hastings, and Allina Hospice for their care.
