Theodore E. "Ted" Guth, Sr., age 94. Ted went to be with the Lord on May 25, 2014. He was born in St. Paul and spent his adult life in Richfield and South Mpls. Ted served in the USAAC during WWII, stationed in Fairbanks. He was a graduate of Macalester College. In his retirement, Ted served as a volunteer with the MN Masonic Services/VA. Ted just received his 70 year Masonic award from the Phoenix Lodge. Ted is preceded in death by his sister, Barbara Thacker; brother, Richard Guth; and infant daughter. He is survived by daughter, Polly Ullrich; son, Ted Guth; and partner, Judy Ogren; grandchildren, Justin (Courtney) Ullrich, Joy (Tom) Schroeder; great-grandchildren, Beck and baby girl Schroeder due in September; and Ione Guth, the mother of his children. Ted will be remembered for his love of life, his sense of humor, his amazing creativity and love for his family. We will miss you Dad! A special thanks to the staff at Ebenezer Care Center.
