Survived by sister, Patricia (Donald) Huntington; children, Carolyn (David) Thompson, Naomi (Dwight) Lundeen, Esther (Duane) Vesta and Stephen Nelson; grandchildren, Crystal (Rodney) Quanbeck, Leanne (Darcy) Elmer, Brent (Rachel) Vesta, Bradley (Kathleen) Vesta; great-grandchildren, Emily Quanbeck, Anna Quanbeck, Cameron Elmer, Claudia Elmer, Raya Nordlund, Ahna Nordlund, Jordyn Vesta; and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Preceded in death by wives, Helen Nelson and Luella Chamberlain; parents, Herman and Ruth (née, Vefald) Nelson; and brother, Donald (Helen) Nelson.

Sincere sympathy to all God gave him almost 97 years to see his family grow and to love. So happy he came to my sisters funeral so we could see him. Gods blessing to all and I am sure he was welcomed in heaven for a big family reunion. Love to all. In Christ. Marylin Howard
Our prayers and sympathies are with you. Bob was a delight to know! We enjoyed him as a young couple serving Ebenezer and later in life when he would visit Eau Claire. May the Lord comfort you with His glorious hope. It was so good to hear about your family laughing together over fond memories.
