Mary Louise Oss

Mary Louise Oss (nee, Kaldahl), age 90 of Minneapolis. Born December 7, 1926 in Glenwood, MN to Earnest Kaldahl and Dolores Simonsen passed away on July 5, 2017. Mary married Calvin Oss in Duluth, MN on June 5, 1948. She was a Cadet in the Nurse Corp as a student nurse and a graduate of the Kahler School of Nursing in Rochester, MN with a RN degree in June of 1948. Along with her loving husband, Cal, Mary is the mother of Jerry, Tom, Dan and was preceded in death by her daughter Christine. Mary was a friend to many. She worked as a volunteer at Children’s Haven in McAllen, TX and Reynosa, Mexico for many years. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, July 11th at 11:30AM at Ft. Snelling National Cemetery in assembly area #6 with Rev. Dr. Kenneth Beale U.S. Military now retired, presiding.
