Quentin "Denny" De Nio of Minneapolis, died October 4, 2017, age 98. He was a WWII Army Veteran serving four years in the Pacific Islands. After attending Dunwoody Institute he started his printing business, De Nio Design. He was proud to be a longstanding member of the Fort Snelling Friday Memorial Rifle Squad. He is preceded in death by his wife, Virginia. He is survived by children: Ann (David) Heffelbower, GeGe De Nio (John) Holden, Dawn De Nio Kelley, and Denny (Christine) De Nio; grandchildren, Adam (Mary) Heffelbower, Scott (Jena) Heffelbower, Lindsay (Jeremy) Finneman, Brett Heffelbower, Ross Hefffelbower, John Holden, Luke Holden, Rebecca Holden, Grace Holden, Forrest (Rachel) Kelley, Shannon (Rocky) Rosga, Denny (Mailee) De Nio, Drew De Nio, Nina De Nio, Rebecca (Joe) Laue, and Elizabeth De Nio; great-grandchildren, Sophia & Juliet Heffelbower, Lydia & Arthur Heffelbower, Whitney & Tyler Finneman, Eloise & Iris Kelley, Vincent & Lillian De Nio.

A Time of Remembrance will be held Friday, October 13, from 4:00 to 7:00 PM at the Morris Nilsen Chapel, 6527 Portland Ave. S., Richfield MN 55423.
Quintin is and always will be a major member of the rifle squad out at Fort Snelling national cemetery. He is a hero to all of us on the Friday squad and will truly be missed, and will be in our hearts and thoughts forever. Steve Landgraf
