Erhardt H. “Ed” Paasch

Erhardt H. “Ed” Paasch age 91 of Bloomington passed away peacefully at his home June 22, 2018 with his family by his side. He was a humble Army Veteran of WW II and served with the 69 Infantry Division and was awarded the Purple Heart. He retired from the Minneapolis Star Tribune in 1989. He is preceded in death by his parents, Herman and Ella Paasch, brother, Wallace; sisters, Adeline Schutte and Dorothy Anderson. He is survived by his wife of nearly 64 years Delores (nee' Rothe); children, Steve (Marilyn) Tom Paasch, Kathleen (Kevin) Leighton, Jeanne (Steve) Harris; 5 grandchildren, 5 step grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren.
