I wish to express my sincere condolences to all of Tom’s family, along with my prayers.

I worked with Tom for many years at NSP and considered him a friend. We shared many laughs, great conversation and a few beers on occasion. He was a great man and a joy to be around. I am so grateful for the times we shared. He is missed, but not forgotten.

God’s peace to all of you.

Condolences to the entire family and also friends. I had the pleasure of working with, and being friends with Tom for over 20 years. He was indeed one of the kindest and most thoughtful people I have ever met, and he did this while struggling daily. I will miss him.

I only had an opportunity to work with Tom for a few months on a project, but he was a joy to work with. He had immense knowledge that he was always happy to share. He was always positive and upbeat and loved to have a good conversation. My condolences to his family and friends. Thoughts & Prayers.

Sorry to hear this, condolences to the family. I worked with Tom a while back and we always chatted Wild hockey. He was a wealth of knowledge and enjoyed our chats. He was a hard worker and always kept a positive outlook. He will be missed.

Tom was the kindest bravest person I’ve ever known. He was an inspiration to me always. When I’d be wining about my trivial problems I’d think about what he persevered though most his life. His memory was truly amazing, especially for all things hockey.

  8. Laura Ohmann says:

I have also worked with Tom. You could not meet a nicer guy.

  9. Scott Smeaton says:

    To Tom and his family,
I’m so sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
I started at NSP, roughly the same time Tom did, and have worked with Tom on and off ever since.
I’ll miss his infinitely positive attitude and our conversations about audio equipment and music.

  10. Bill Frauly says:

My condolences. I have, and will miss chatting with Tom. He was always one of the folks I would stop by an see what was happening, when I was “making my rounds” at Xcel.

  11. Stephanie Teves says:

Tom had a lot of interests and we discussed a lot of them. He had a love of music, hockey, travel shows, cooking shows, beer. Before the pandemic hit, he, Brian and I would schedule a dinner in search for cooper river salmon, he loved salmon. I think he would have eaten it every day if he had the chance. Whenever I scheduled a trip especially if it was somewhere that was new he would research places and tell me to go there. I would show him the pictures when I came back and he always smiled. He was the most social of us and it was amazing how many people knew him. He may have had physical limitations but his generous spirit and interest in things, sunny outlook and his awesome memory of our work lives was amazing. When I had a bad day he would go to the cookie place on the skyway and get cookies for us. My condolences to Tom’s sisters and his brother, his care takers who he considered his friends. Tom my friend you will be missed.

  12. John Chow says:

We will miss a wonderful friend we have known for decades. The Skyway will feel empty without Tom’s vibes of roaming around his daily route all these years.

  13. Tom Olson says:

I was a classmate of Tom’s in college. I remember how his brilliance, wit, and daring seemed to transcend his physical limitations, and I feel fortunate to have had him as a friend for those four years.
