Paulette A. Hunke

Paulette Hunke (neé, Vesterby)
Paulette passed away on 2/15/22 due to medical conditions. She is preceded in death by her parents and brother, Robert Lysdale. She is survived by many nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.

She was employed at the VA Medical Center for 42 years. At retirement she was supervisor for the transcription unit. She also worked part time at Palen Clinic in South Mpls. She was a member of Mt. Olivet Church and volunteered in the church library for many years.

She was a well-organized lady, a great cook, an avid reader, up on current events both nationally and politically and enjoyed watching sports. She could have been a Jeopardy champion, one of her favorite shows. She graduated from Roosevelt High School in 1963 and cherished a special group of friends calling themselves “Our Gang”.
