David Berg

David Berg age 92, of Richfield died peacefully on Sunday morning, January 7, 2024 with his family by his side after a brief illness.
He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Marlene; daughter, Mary Elizabeth (Ilg); son, Robert, and four beloved granddaughters. He was preceded in death by his parents, Carl and Gladys Berg (Hamberg); sister, Karyl (Anderson) of Michigan and brother, Richard.

David grew up in Willow River, Minnesota and served in the U.S. Army from 1952-1954, stationed in France. He attended the University of Minnesota and graduated with a B.B.A. followed by a M.A. in Business. He worked in Health Sciences Administration at the University of Minnesota for three decades and loved spending summers on Ten Mile Lake in Walker, Minnesota.
