Sandra Ann Erickson
(née, Groenke)
Age 82 of Edina, was called home in the early morning hours of July 18th, 2024. Sandra was born to the late Arthur and Lorena Groenke (née, Briesemeister), on July 5th, 1942 in Lester Prairie, MN. She is preceded in death by her husband, Gerald Erickson; sons, Tony and Samuel Erickson; siblings, Ruth, Rev. Lloyd, Glorian, Merlin, Joannne, and Gordon.
Sandra is survived by her daughter, Sarah Swenson; two grandchildren, Caleb and Nicklas Swenson; and countless nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions towards covering the funeral expenses, would be greatly appreciated. If you are unable to attend, please consider sending cards to Mount Calvary Lutheran Church.

My fondest memories were when i visited and we went to Bible study at your church together. A bond was forged. I went there for preschool when I was younger. Bless you and our families.

Hugs to Sarah and her boys during this time of loss.
Sande was a hoot. I had so much fun hanging with her. We did so many goofy things. Yet, always reminding me about the Bible and God. Great memories. I sure miss those good old days.
Sande was an amazing and extraordinary woman, and so very smart. She was a lot of fun.
Sande will be having a great time up in Heaven now.
I will miss her!
