Barbara J. Schug, age 73, passed away peacefully on September 25, 2024. She was born on June 7, 1951, and lived a life full of love, kindness, and dedication to her family and friends.
Barbara was preceded in death by her beloved family members, parents, Muriel & Clarence Husted; siblings, Lenny Husted, Beverly Husted “Pool,” Dean Husted, Vern Husted, Roger Husted, and Terry Husted. Their memories remained close to her heart throughout her life.
She is survived by her loving husband, Patrick Schug; her sister, Linda Husted “Mason”; her children: Kenneth Schug, Keith (Kari) Schug, and Kevin (Tara) Schug. Barbara was a proud grandmother to her grandchildren, Rebecca, Danielle, Brittany, Jake, Keith Jr., Bryan, Chase, Maddison, Jax, Hendrik, and Myles. Barbara also had many great-grandchildren, 10 in total.
Barbara will be remembered for her warm spirit, her unwavering support for her loved ones, and her ability to bring joy to those around her. She leaves behind a legacy of compassion and strength that will continue to inspire all who knew her.
