Carol Darlene Johnson was born June 18, 1935 in Minneapolis, MN. She passed away peacefully on Good Friday, April 3, 2015. Carol was raised on a farm near Norseland, Minnesota, attended country grade school thru 8th grade and graduated from St. Peter High School in 1953. She graduated from Swedish Hospital School of Nursing in 1956. She married Douglas Johnson on December 28, 1956. She was employed as a nurse for 47 years. She was preceded in death by her husband Douglas. She is survived by their children Jeffrey, Jon, Eric, Elizabeth and Naomi. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 2 sisters, Nancy Krenik of Madison Lake, MN and Janet Russell of Waconia, MN and 2 brothers, Ken Hanson of Cabo San Lucas, MX and Tom Hanson of St. Peter, MN. Interment, Norseland Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Pilgrim Lutheran Church, Mpls, Norseland Lutheran Church or Mt. Olivet Careview Home.
