Thank you for all you taught me. Thank you for being a mentor to me. Most of all thank you for being half that made Gretchen. The kids and I love you! It’s your time to rest now though and I know Gretchen was on the other side of the pod bay doors for you. Please hug Gretchen from all of us! Love from Debbie and kids Jimmy, Tristan, and Seraphina.
Although I have not known Dave my entire life, he was truly a remarkable man. Dave along with his wife, Susan, were dear to us. Dave would tag along to Susan’s Big Brother (tv show) auditions in which I myself would join Susan and audition. This is where our friendship bonded years ago. They both attended our wedding in Yankton.
He was a man who spoke his mind. We disagreed a lot politically but it never deterred our friendship.
Amy and I send our love and aloha to Susan and the rest of Dave’s family. He can now be with Gretchen for all eternity. He IS greatly missed.
Dave you will be missed so much. I myself on Facebook, as you would make comments on my post and when you agreed with me I was so happy, and we had a couple of times we disagreed. That is what I loved about you, what we saw in you is what we got with you. I am at peace knowing you are with Gretchen again and know you both will be watching over Susan. ((Hugs)) Susan, keep looking for signs From Dave and Gretchen they are still with us, just that we are not able to touch them. RIP DAVE
I will miss your smile and brains and wittiness. Say hi to my sister as well.
Susan I am so sorry for your loss, you are in my thoughts and prayers.

My lovely Susan we are so sorry for your loss.. I only met Dave the once when he insisted on bringing you down to Branson in Missouri in order for us penpals from a young age to finally meet. I have lovely memories of that time and cherish the fact that we were all able to spend time together.
We will meet up again soon and do something wonderful to honour his memory. He is with your beloved Gretchen now and they will both be looking over you love and cwtches.

Dave, your exit from this earthly plane leaves a gaping hole in our every day existence. Although it feels too soon for us, it was the right time for you. Blessed be the reunion with Gretchen and your family who has gone before you. We really will miss you so much here. May your memory bring more comfort than pain to Susan and all those here. You continue to mean so much to so many. Your legacy lives on as you continue your ascension.
