Diane C. Elms age 82, of Hopkins, MN. Passed away on November 16, 2020. Preceded in death by husband: Gene; brothers: Bruce Hansen and Doug Hansen. Diane was a social butterfly and loved spending time with friends, family, or anyone else that wanted to chat. One of Diane’s favorite things in life was to dance. She started dancing at age 2, and 80 years later, she was still dancing. Survived by son: Mike (Karen) Elms; daughter: Cindy Elms (Louis Heinold); sister: Jean Janohosky; grandchildren: Katie (Jacob) Vietze, Sarah (Daniel) Vieau and great-grandchildren: Cameron, Reagan, and Henry along with many other family and friends. Diane was very much loved and will be missed by many. A special thanks to the staff at Heritage of Edina.

What a lovely picture and obituary for a most lovely woman and dearest friend. I have a hole in my heart, but it is slowly to be filled with every memory of the great times and confidences we shared. My condolences to all of the family as you go through this time of acceptance. Though a part of life, it is oh, so difficult. Feel my hugs remotely, and keep me in the wings of your family happenings. You have always been so good at knowing how much Diane meant to me.
