Donald H. Bodger age 90 of Minneapolis passed away on March 29, 2017 with his family by his side. Preceded in death by brothers, James and Richard; sisters-in-law, Mary Pat Bodger, Mary Shore; brothers-in-law, Bud Shore and Beryl Painter. Survived by loving wife of 63 years, Helen; children, Charles (Katherine) Bodger, Thomas (Darcy) Bodger, Paula (Kevin) Ario; grandchildren, Steven, David, John, Katherine, Nikki, Nathan and Aaron; sisters-in-law Laura Bodger, Jeri Bodger, Anne Painter; nieces, nephew and friends who he dearly loved. He was a proud veteran of the Navy serving in WW II and the Korean War. He was a MPLS Central HS graduate. He worked for Honeywell for 7 years and was a U.S. Letter Carrier for 28 years. He sang in the RUMC Choir for 45 years and the MPLS Apollo Club for 15 years. Proudly led the RUMC Rich Harvest grocery program for 4 years with many dedicated volunteers and participated in RUMC Bible study.
