Edith B. Midtdahl, age 101, of Edina, passed away peacefully on May 24, 2024. Born October 30, 1922 in Pine River, MN to Emil and Bertha Erickson. Edith was preceded in death by her husband, Lionel; brother Arnold and sister, Margaret. Edith is survived by children, Naomi Lundberg (Jim), of Lakeville, MN; Mark Midtdahl (Jeannine), of Savage, MN; Karen Kmetz, of Apple Valley, MN and Nancy Beegle (Bob Edwards), of Eden Prairie, MN/Tonto Verde, AZ; She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren. She was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother and great-grandmother.
Memorials are preferred to St. Stephen Lutheran Church or St. Jude Childrens Hospital.

We send our deepest sympathies and condolences to the entire Midtdahl family. I count it my privilege to have known and visited with Edith these past five years. However, that is but a small portion of Edith’s long life that was filled with both blessings and challenges. May God bless you with good and thankful memories as we thank God for Edith and her faithful long life.

We enjoyed getting to know Edith. She was a kind and welcoming person who easily made you feel comfortable. We know the Lord is happy to have her home. Her family and friends are in our thoughts and prayers. We are sure there are many good memories in the celebration of Edith’s life. Blessings…
