Gary R. Stueck

Gary Stueck age 68 passed away in Richfield, Minnesota on Thursday, September 5, 2024 surrounded by family and friends. Gary was a loving husband, father and was loved by many different people whose lives he touched. He had a smile that will be missed by his family and all those who knew him.

He was born on December 12, 1955 in Two Rivers, Wisconsin to the late Roger and Catherine (née, McKnight) Stueck. He married Dorothy Brezinski on November 15, 1980 at St. Hedwig Church in East Krok, Wisconsin. Gary worked in Two Rivers at Hamilton Industries as a Material Handler for about seven years before working at Stangel’s Super Value in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. After Gary and Dorothy moved to Minneapolis, Gary became a janitor at many different schools in St. Louis Park, Plymouth, and Richfield among other places. While in Richfield, Gary attended St. Richard’s Catholic Church.

Gary loved to travel back to Wisconsin to attend country music festivals with his son, Robert and his close friend, David until David’s passing. Gary loved the Green Bay Packers. They gave him lots of joy and happiness. Gary even collected the newspapers that the Packers were featured in. Gary also received many square dancing awards in Minnesota and Wisconsin.

Gary is survived by his wife, Dorothy; son, Robert; brothers, Jim Stueck, John Stueck, Tom (Mary) Stueck of Two Rivers, WI; sisters, Mary (Dwight) Klein, Helen (Pat) Richmond and sister-in-law, Ann Stueck of Madison, WI; along with many nieces and nephews and other loving relatives on his and Dorothy’s sides of the family including his sisters-in-law, Barb (Jim) Lensmire, Margaret Kickbush; brothers-in-law, Ken (Fran) Brezinski, Dan (Darlene) Brezinski and Pat Brezinski.
Preceded in death by, brother, Mike Stueck; father and mother-in-law, Jerome and Emily (née, Brusky) Brezinski; brothers-in-law, Mike Brezinski and Jerry Kickbush.

Visitation Saturday, September 21, 2024 from 11:00AM-1:00PM at Morris Nilsen Funeral Chapel, 6527 Portland Ave. S. Richfield, Minnesota.

Mass of Christian Burial 11:00AM Saturday, October, 19, 2024 at St Therese Parish at the St. Hedwig site in East Krok, Wisconsin celebrated by Fr. Dennis Drury.
