On Saturday, May 23, 2020, Geneva Rose Dullum of Richfield, was swept away by the angels of God into heaven. Geneva was born on September 25, 1932 in Shelly, MN to Art and Florence (Sipe) Nygaard. On February 27, 1954, she married Richard D. Dullum and they had three children. She was a loving mother, grandma, great-grandma, and a dedicated member of faith. She retired from JC Penneys and was a member of the Red Hat Society. She had a passion for golfing, bowling, walking, and taking an endless amount of pictures. The family will remember her contagious smile and fun personality. Geneva was preceded in death by her father, Art, mother, Florence, daughter, Patti, and two sisters, Mary Ann Minnie and Pearl Aselson. She is survive by her loving husband, Richard Dullum; two sons, Dan (Diane) Dullum and Scott Dullum; five grandchildren, Amber, Patty, Ashley, Jackson and Katie; three great-grandchildren, Owen, Carly and Roman, and two sisters, June (Harold) Hayworth and Edie Harvey.
A private family service and burial will be held on Tuesday, June 2, 2020 at Morris Nilsen Funeral Chapel, Richfield, MN.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be sent to Minnesota Hospice in honor of Geneva.
