George Joseph Fenton
Age 94, formerly of Minneapolis. WWII US Coast Guard Veteran. Machinist for over 40 years with Champion Outboard Motors and Honeywell. Proud volunteer for Abbott Northwestern Hospital for 18 years. Preceded in death by loving wife, Bonnie Fenton; parents, George and Agatha Fenton; and siblings, Bob Fenton and Bette Tacheny. Dearly missed by caregivers, Vickie Tacheny, Kellie, Travis, Zach and Zoie Zins; sisters, Shirley Yardley, Bev Cole and Donna Rzutkiewicz; and many nieces, nephews and their families. Special thanks and God’s blessings to all the caregivers from Intrepid Hospice and St. Andrews’s Village in Mahtomedi. They brought great comfort to George at the end of his life.

I knew George when I worked at Honeywell and he was a group leader on the Assembly line. He was a patient , quiet, but helpful person. May you have many memories of him and God Bless at this time .
