Overlid, Gregory L., age 76, of Minneapolis. A 1966 graduate of Richfield High School, Greg went on to attend the University of Minnesota for over 3 years majoring in Physics eventually deciding to pursue his passion for music and become a self-employed audio engineer.
He lived his life to the fullest in his own way surrounded by music, nature, and loving family and friends. He loved biking, walking, canoeing, music, family, friends, and the many people he met along his journey in life.
Greg was preceded in death by his parents, Luverne and Muriel Overlid.
He is survived by his sister, Louann Sjogren; nephew, Erik (Lisa) Sjogren; aunt, Marjorie Landberg; special friends; Jef (Molly) Cierniak, John Cierniak, Teresa Glasgow, Rick Sjogren; many cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers or gifts, please consider a memorial donation to the Sierra Club in Greg’s honor.
Greg was cremated and a burial location will be determined at a later date.
