H. Stanley "Stan" Ronneberg, age 76, of Lakeville, formerly of Richfield. Beloved Husband, Father and Grandfather. Survived by his devoted and adoring wife of 56 years, Pauline; children, David (Carolyn) Ronneberg, Jane (Daniel) Schooley, and Connie (Alan) Ertz; grandchildren, Katelyn (fiancé, Tim), Samuel and Luke Ronneberg, Kelsey (Brian) Hynes, Haley and Madison Schooley, Mari, Aaron and Jacob Ertz; sisters, Joan (Sheldon) Stephens and Marian Sward and many loving relatives and friends. Preceded in death by sisters, Muriel Ronneberg and Arleen Green. The family would like to give special thanks to the MN Veteran’s Home for their wonderful and loving care. They have become our extended family for 4 years. We would also like to thank the Hospice of the Twin Cities for their unending support in our time of grief.
Memorials preferred to Richfield Lutheran Church, MN Veterans Family Council or the Alzheimer’s Association.

I am saddened to hear of Stan’s passing, he was a guy that when you ran into him always had a smile to share and now he’s smiling down to all of you.

Dear Ronnebergs,
I hope you feel the Lord’s presence at this difficult time. I’ve heard said that you lose your loved one twice to Ahlzheimer’s, once to the disease and once again now. I hope knowing he is at peace is able to give you peace as well.
