Harley J. Stevens

Harley J. Stevens, age 94, of Richfield, passed away peacefully June 20, 2017, surrounded by his family. Proud veteran of WWII, (Army), and a long time employee of Mpls Public Schools. Member of Fred Babcock VFW Post 5555 and “Milt’s Posse” Square Dance Club. Harley was born Oct. 12, 1922, to Arthur and Alice Stevens in Granite Falls, MN, He was preceded in death by wife, Alma and siblings Val Rudolph, "Bud" Stevens, "Peg" Stevens and Roman Stevens. Survived by wife Mertie. Daughter Judie Wilson; son and daughter-in-law, Jerry and Cindy Stevens; grandchildren, Carrie Wilson, Jesse Wilson (Becky) Kristy Stevens, Kori Morehead (Taylor) and Lindsey Mehran (Masam) and 4 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many friends.
