Jeffrey Charles Ellison, age 41, of Elk River, MN passed away unexpectedly on December 7, 2016. Jeff was born in Minneapolis, MN on December 19th, 1974 to Jeanne and Charles Ellison. Jeff grew up in Richfield and was a graduate of Richfield Senior High School class of 1994. Jeff worked hard as a laborer for many years and truly loved life. He leaves behind his spouse of 6 years, Skeeter Ellison; their daughter, Eliana Virginia Ellison; his mother, Jeanne Rosdahl (Michael); paternal grandmother, Virginia Ellison; maternal grandmother, Evelyn Raasch; and his special dog, Macy May. He also leaves behind many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Ellison; paternal grandfather, Forrest Ellison; maternal grandfather, Milton Raasch; and many others close to his heart. Special music will be provided by Thore Dosdall during the visitation.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to help with the costs of the funeral, and education for Jeff's daughter, Eliana.

My deepest sympathy to you all, Jeff was a very special person who will be dearly missed. Jeff was always so friendly and kind. I was honored to have a small part in Jeff and Skeeter’s wedding, providing Monarchs to release as part of their reception. My prayers and thoughts go out to the Jeff’s family at this most difficult time. Jeanne, Skeeter and Ellie, hugs to you all. It was an honor to know Jeff.
Our sympathies to Jeanne, Skeeter, and Eliana. So hard to believe that he has left us … My heart breaks, the memories flash in my head, the tears flow…he will be missed!!!

I can’t believe that I am reading your obituary Jeff! It is just not right ,so many peoples hearts are broken by your passing,just one of many things we don’t understand I guess. This boy who spent so many days on the farm with us, with all kinds of inventions, shenanigans and fun will be so very much missed. In my heart I know you are at peace,.and I take comfort in the fact that you had such a joyous reunion with your Dad and the Grandpas! I will fold a basket of laundry in your honor tonight!
