My sincere condolences go to the Widow and family of Jerry. I would like to share a Comforting thought from the bible found Philippians 4:7 “And the peace of God that surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and your mental powers by means of Christ Jesus”.

Remembering my Uncle Jerry this Easter season. Thought he might have appreciated this performance of Bach’s Easter Oratorio from the BBC Proms in 2013:

Uncle Jerry believed in religious tolerance as he believed in music, and he lived both. From music major to music store to stock broker to guitar maker to his own orchestra, Uncle Jerry was a devout Christian, the father of five, devoted to his family. My first memory of him is from Christmas Eve, playing his accordion and the piano; my last is from family funerals, playing his clarinet, solo.
“Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God.” (Mt. 5:9)
