January 11, 1944 - January 12, 2018
Jerome E. "Jerry" Kading, age 74, of Bloomington. On January 12, 2018 our Heavenly Commander in Chief called his faithful Marine home after a 4 year battle with cancer. He is survived by the love of his life and wife of 50 years, Sandy; daughter, Jill (Reed) Gnos; son, Jeff (Krissy) Kading; grandchildren, Parker and Kendall Gnos and Owen and Piper Kading; brother, Jim Kading; nephews, Matt and James Kading, and relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by parents, Elliot and Betty Kading. He loved traveling and working with wood, but Jerry's greatest joy was spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He proudly served in the USMC 1965-68 and truly lived the motto - Semper Fi-always faithful. We love you Big Guy!
Memorials may be given to Ronald McDonald House.
