John A. Zarth

John A. Zarth, formerly of St. Louis Park, died May 4th at the age of 89. John made many friends as a long time salesman for Sears and, as a school bus driver, his gentle ways eased first-day-of-school fears for lots of kids. Father of 3 and beloved "Papa" to 6 grandchildren. John was preceded in death by his wife of 67 years, Merle and siblings, Donna Patterson, Lawrence Zarth and Myra Cornman. Survived by daughter, Randee; sons, Tom (Jennifer) and Steve (Ann); grandkids John (Kelly), Adam (Kelly), Olivia, Zoe, Julia and Annika; sister, Harriet Ellis; nieces and nephews.
