Age 61, of Bloomington, passed away on Decemeber 2, 2021.
Survived by children, Carrie (Brad) Hartung and Jeff Carlisle, and their mother, Barb Carlisle; grandchildren, MaRayla and Levi; siblings, Tim (Eileen) Carlisle, Steve Carlisle, Cindy (Brian) Goring and Betty (Bob) Eggersgluss; and many other extended family and friends.
Preceded in death by parents, Richard and Beverly; and brother, Tommy.

We love you Dad, your grandkids adored you. We will miss your larger than life personality, the entrance you make going into a room, and most of all your big heart.
John was always fun and a pleasure to be around, he came to many of my bands shows and we would see each other at various places such as the Joint. Very Sad to hear of his passing.
