John Roger Gottschalk

John Roger Gottschalk, 83, of Richfield, sadly left us on Saturday, May 25th, due to complications from a stroke. John enjoyed a lifelong career as a teacher, coach, athletic director, and principal. He was a graduate of both Concordia Academy - St. Paul ('59), and Concordia College - St. Paul ('61). John most recently taught 8th grade and coached many sports at Mt. Calvary Lutheran School in Richfield for numerous years before retiring. He leaves behind his wife, Ardelle Gottschalk; sons, Daniel Gottschalk and David Gottschalk; daughters, Julie Gottschalk and Alissa Pelarski; grandchildren, Heidi Felton, Rachel Gottschalk, Katrina Gottschalk, Adam Gottschalk and Bethany Gottschalk; siblings, Gwen Kienholz, MaryGail Simpson and Mark Gottschalk.

All who knew and loved John are welcome to attend the services.
