We are so sorry to hear of your loss — John was a wonderful person and we will all miss him. I remember him especially growing up as Shari’s big brother:)
Sarah Linner Quie and family
I remember cruising the lakes in Betty’s white Buick convertible, John driving and the rest of feeling pretty special ridding in that cool car! Lots of great high school memories.
His smile was always so kind and always looking to share a chuckle. We wish we could have had more time with you. RIP Uncle John. We love you.
My condolences to the Gill and Koehnen families, especially Jeremy & Trevor.
I remember John and I had lots of fun sneaking out one night at your wedding week for a burger . We hadn’t quite developed our appreciation for Indian cuisine.
He was a special guy.
We r so sorry for your loss
Pl accept our condolences

John was a wonderful big brother to Shari when she & I were friends in elementary school. Not having brothers myself, I felt really lucky that John was a bit of a surrogate big brother for me, too, when we needed protection or when I needed encouragement to climb to a higher tree branch.
My deepest sympathy to all of John’s family. We were inseparable best of friends when we were younger along with hockey teammates at Minnehaha along with Augsburg College. We had many great times together and shared many, many memories. I will always cherish our friendship and will never forget John.
RIP John!
My condolences to both the Gill and Koehnen families. You are in both my thoughts and prayers. Thank you for sharing the live stream of his funeral. Love, Karen (Johnson) Reuss
