Lee Alan Weiser

Lee Alan Weiser, born on May 13, 1955, to Elaine and Joseph Weiser in Minneapolis, MN, passed away at his home on November 11, 2024, at the age of 69. A lifelong Minnesotan, Lee was known for his kindness, warm spirit, and love of life.

Lee graduated from Washburn High School in 1973 and built a life filled with meaningful connections and passions. He enjoyed spending quality time with his son, John, and had a deep affection for traveling the world. Lee was an avid collector of owls, gathering them from his many adventures. He was also a dedicated member of Richfield United Methodist Church, where he found both spiritual fulfillment and a welcoming community.

Lee’s legacy lives on through his family, including his partner, Richard Bell; his son, John (Annmarie) Weiser; granddaughter, Julia Weiser; his brother, Paul (Marilyn) Weiser; nephews, Chris Weiser (Sara Sidwell), Sean (Janelle) Weiser; and niece, Heidi (David Jon) Finch. He was preceded in death by his parents, Elaine and Joseph Weiser.

Lee will be deeply missed by all who knew him, and his love, warmth, and adventurous spirit will never be forgotten.
