Louise M. "Lou" Oebser, age 89, of Bloomington, formerly of Apply Valley. Preceded in death by husband, Virgil; parents, Bill and Elsie Hellwig and brother, Willie Hellwig. Survived by daughters, Cynthia Claussen (Kurt) and Beth Oebser; step-grandchildren, Sean and Ryan Claussen; many nieces and nephews. Loving wife and mother who enjoyed volunteering her time to many church activities.
Many thanks to the staff at Presbyterian Homes for their loving care over the past four years.
