Marilyn Lois Peterson (Freestone), age 77 of Bloomington, MN passed away peacefully on Dec. 2, 2013. Preceded in death by parents, Lillian and Lawrence Freestone; husband, Rodolph Peterson; daughter, Charlene Peterson; and brother, Lawrence Freestone. Survived by children, Cynthia (Richard) Welton, Kevin (Lynn) Peterson, Lynn (Steven) Giddings, Laurie Howe, Lisa (John) Merritt, Lannette (Rich) Gapinski, and James Peterson; sister, Barbara Moore; 11 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; many nephews, nieces and cousins.
Special thanks to the staff and residents at Kennybrook Village in Grimes, IA for their loving care and friendships throughout the past eight months.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to: Monastery of Saint Clare.
