Naomi Johnson, Richfield, MN, passed away April 27, 2017 after a prolonged illness. She will be forever 51. She was preceded in death by her parents, Douglas and Carol Johnson and her dogs, Abigail and Sydney. She is survived by her siblings, Elizabeth Groth and Eric, Jon and Jeffrey Johnson. She is also survived by six nieces, one nephew and numerous extended family members.
A family graveside service and burial will be held on May 11th at 10:30 am. at Norseland Lutheran Church, St. Peter, MN followed by a Celebration of Life at the VFW 5555 on 67th and Lyndale Avenue from 2-4 pm.
Naomi loved the warmth of sunshine and was happiest smiling in the sun. "Life can be the sunshine, on peaceful days with bright blue skies, Or life can be the raindrops, that fall like tears squeezed from your eyes. Life can be the heaven, that you'll only reach through hell, since you won't know that you're happy, if you've not been sad as well. Life can teach hard lessons, but you'll be wiser once you know, that even roses need both sunshine and a touch of rain to grow." - e.h.,
