Patricia Gillespie Leer

Patricia Gillespie Leer, age 86, passed away peacefully June 16, 2017. She was a long-time resident of Des Plaines, Illinois living the past 12 years back in Minnesota where she grew up. She attended Hamline University. Long-time member of NW Theta Group and PEO. She loved playing bridge. Preceded in death by her husband John. She is survived by son John III (Sarah); daughters, Cathy (John), Jody (Dave), and Missy (Charlie); eight grandchildren, two great-grandsons; brothers James (Joan) and Edward (Judith). The family of "Pat" wishes to extend our sincere thanks to the people at Summit Place, Summerwood of Plymouth and Presbyterian Homes of Bloomington where she spent the last 5 wonderful years of her life.
