Our deepest sympathies to Phyllis’s family. I worked with Dick at the Air National Guard Base and also the Minnesota National Guard Enlisted Association. Through Dick LaVonne and I came to know Phyllis and greatly enjoyed our time with her and Dick. She always was a cheerful person and a joy to be around. I know she will be missed by all.
