Polly S. Pfost - Morris Nilsen Funeral Chapel

June 4, 1956 - January 22, 2025


Polly S. Pfost, age 68, of St. Paul, MN, passed away on January 22nd after a short illness. Polly was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph Pfost Sr. and Marion Arlen Pfost, and her brother, Joseph Pfost Jr., all of Hastings, MN. She is survived by her sister, Christine Pfost Coughlin (James F. II); nieces, Amy, Elizabeth and Emily Coughlin; and Amy’s children, Becca and Finn Maloney, all of Minneapolis, MN.

A private family service will be held at Lakeside Cemetery in Hastings.

Memorials are preferred to the American Cancer Society.

    Polly is missed every day on the splitcoaststampers.com website. She was a card crafter for many years, and I think about her often. I am so sorry for her loss and sending prayers to her entire family. She meant the world to so many and leaves behind a hole in so many hearts.
