Richard H. Noreen, age 89 of Minneapolis. Dick graduated from Minneapolis Central High School in 1944. He enlisted in the Navy, serving in the Pacific Theater of WWII aboard LST 901. After the War he attended the university of Minnesota, graduating from the School of Pharmacy in 1951. It was there he met his best friend of 64 years and wife of 59 years, Kathleen. He spent nearly 30 years of his working career at a pharmacy at the Southdale Medical Building in Edina. He enjoyed his family and many friends, and will be greatly missed by all of them. He is preceded in death by his wife, Kathleen; and parents, Victor and Myrtle Noreen. He is survived by sons, David, William (Sarah) Noreen; and grandchildren, Jessica, and Emily; great-grandchildren, Jazmine Nunez, and Taea and Bianca Noreen; sisters-in-law, Bernice Noreen and Catherine Mulholland; nieces and nephews.

So sorry to hear about the loss of Dick. He was such a great neighbor! I loved to talk to him when I would see him around the back yard. We would talk about our Subaru’s. I will miss him a great deal! Sorry for your loss.
