Jan we never had the privilege to meet your dad but just from being your friend I have no doubt that he was great man. Especially the fact that he was Norwegian.
I’m sorry that we can’t share his memories with you with my being on a job out of town.
We miss you and hope that you can now get some rest knowing that your loved one is in a better place.

Jan, we are sorry to hear of the loss of your dad. We never had the opportunity to meet him but knowing you we know he was a great man. Especially the fact he was Norwegian that’s more than enough. Sorry that we cannot share your memories of him, with me being out of town working
Hope you can now get some rest knowing that he is in a much better place.

Roy was a good friend, guided me, advised me and gave me many opportunities to grow in so many ways. Thanks for all that you did for me and for helping to build a album of wonderful memories and many new friends that otherwise I would never have known. You will be remembered fondly by all who knew you.
So very very sorry for your families loss. Bob was a good man and will be missed by the world.
Oh my goodness. I know that it’s not a wanted thing to lose ytour father no matter what age he is. And what a wonderful long time you had with him. This posting tells us that your father left theplanet the same day that Tom’s beloved 96 yr old uncle did. Maybe they have met each other by now!!! Love and blessings of comfort to you and your family.
Roy Eide was a member of Oslo Lodge #2, Sons of Norway, for 68 years. He served as our Foundation Director for many years.
His passing is the end of an era for our lodge. He and Hazel were part of the main core of the lodge.
He will truly be missed.
Our sympathies to his family.
Jan, I didn’t know your dad, but I know he was a great influence in your life, and brought you and Geir together. And just being Norwegian made him a wonderful man. My condolences to you and your family and I am so sorry for your loss.
