I’m so grateful that Mom and I were able to get there to see Shirley on Saturday afternoon before she slipped away. Now she is at peace with her beloved Ed. His hearing is now perfect again so she won’t have to repeat herself. She was such a wonderful lady and I loved her dearly. Mom was also very close to her as her cousin and I’m sure they had many secrets together from all their years of adventures. I will miss her very much.❤

    To Shirley’s family-
Sincere Condolences to all of you.
We never got to meet Shirley in person, but “met” on line.
First my husband through genealogy & then me because of fibromylgia.
We hope her passing was a peaceful one. She suffers no more.
May all your fond memories help to heal the pain in your hearts.
    Faye & Larry Erickson

Dear Shirley family, I have just learned this date, Oct.19th2024, that Shirley died last year.
I truly loved being with your Mom. My Mom Luzetta, Joyce and her daughter Kathy and who ever else we could rally would get together for lunches in the later years. And Arnie and Sue Ermuth. Wow we could hoot and laugh on the old stories. So many memories of family events with your Mom and Dad dancing til we all dropped. Family reunions with awesome food and kids running every where. I hope some of you can remember those care free days and events.
Shirley was a very hard worker and always willing to help. Be proud she was a great lady!
Arms around all of you and Shirley now laughing and dancing with her Crazy ED! love maryjo
