If you think of me and would like to do something in honor of my memory do this:
- Write a letter to someone and tell them how they have had a positive effect on your life
- If you smoke - quit
- If you drink and drive - stop
- Turn off the electronics and take your child or grandchild out for ice cream and talk to them about their hopes and dreams
- Forgive someone who doesn't deserve it
- Stop at all lemonade stands run by kids and brag about their product
- Make someone smile today if it is in your power to do so.

Our Dearest Terry, we are sadden and shocked at your passing For 38 years as your neighbor you’ve been a big part of our lives either at the Y or walking by your house or at swim meets. We have never seen you in a bad mood or not being positive. You are a beautiful woman, wife, mother friend and mentor. You are with God now & now you really be able to keep an eye on things All our Love

Jean and I express our condolences to Tim and the family. Terry was a very ” Elect Lady “! The photo with the obituary captured who she is – that winning smile and high energy. We will clearly miss her walks down Ferncliff Trail on Battle Lake. She touched so many lives in so many ways. We send our love! Jack and Jean Sunderlage
Terry greeted Me with her Big Smile and Twinkle in Her Eyes at My first State Swim Meet . What a great team She and Roger made on that Swim Deck for years! So Sad to hear about Your loss–May God lay his hands on Yours and Give you Peace.
Terry was a fascinating person. I know this because I interviewed her for school. Even before that, throughout my swim club/team years, she was a healthy and positive presence at the pool. Always vibrant, always joyful, always smiling. I’d see her swimming in the early morning by choice, officiating meets, and donating to athletic fundraisers. I remember her as someone who defied the odds, lived fully, and inspired others. What a tremendous loss to the community.
