Vernon J. Hentz

Vernon J. Hentz, age 66, of Minneapolis, died unexpectedly at his home. He was a proud retired veteran of the U.S. army and the Reserves, and also retired from NSP as a Field Systems Technician. He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Charline; children, Ronald Matthew, Randi Jo (Christopher Dyke); grandchildren, Michael, Noah, and Mackenzie; siblings, Virgil (Vicki) Hentz, and Elaine (Tom) MacIntosh; in-laws, Dennis Martin, Mike (Jaren) Churness, Robin (Greg) Hanson, Mitch (Nancy) Churness, and Leslee (Gary) Carlson; many nieces, nephews and relatives. Preceded in death by parents, Harold and Dorothy Hentz; in-laws, Harvey and Fern Churness; sister-in-law, Paulene Martin; and brother-in-law, Mark Churness. Private Interment Ft. Snelling.
