Virginia M. “Ginny” Fischer

Virginia M. "Ginny" Fischer, age 75 of Minnetonka passed away April 3, 2016. Preceded in death by her parents, Howard and Hildreth Hillyer; brother Lyle Hillyer; sister Lou Jean Streed; and brother Charles Hillyer. Survived by sister Karen Fyten (Richard); daughters Kim Erickson (Ritchie), Krissy Fischer; grandchildren, Mariah Mercil (Elizabeth), Ty Mercil, Kaylie Flora and Forrest Fischer; great-granddaughter Marlie DeWald and much loved nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
Virginia was born in Hendricks, MN. She was dedicated to her patrons at Wells Fargo, where she worked for 45 years receiving recognition and awards for her outstanding customer service. Virginia had an amazing sense of humor which led to meany friendships, including those in her sewing club and prayer group. Above all else, she cherished her relationship with God and her family. She will be dearly missed by all.
